Tangaza CDSK MOU

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Tangaza and Chesire Disability Services Kenya (CDSK).Tangaza has already spent about 5 million in adapting its physical environment to be user friendly for people with disabilities.The present MoU will enable Tangaza to benefit from funding from Liliane Fonds (Netherlands) through their local partners (CDSK), in order to adapt its learning environment to be user friendly for people living with disabilities.

For instance, all computers in Tangaza will be usable by people who are blind. There will be sign language interpreters on campus.To co-ordinate such service there will be a full-time officer.

Thus Tangaza aims to become a university of choice for people living with disabilities.
