Possible Partnership with Pacific University Oregon & University of Wisconsin

Tangaza University today hosted a delegation of 10 students and 3 Professors; Prof.Richard J. Paxton, Prof.Mike Charles from Pacific University Oregon and Prof.Alfred T. Kisubi from University of Wisconsin. The team is on a two week visit to Kenya under an initiative by the Pacific University Oregon. The initiative is centered around the theme of globalization and sets out to increase interaction of people from different countries,continents,backgrounds and cultures through the growth of the exchange of ideas, and culture leading to a better understanding and cohesion. The team visited Tangaza on an invitation from the Vice Chancellor Designate Rev. Prof. Stephen Mbugua who had earlier been spearheading the same program at Egerton University. Following a brief breakfast meeting in the University boardroom,the University is in the early stages of initiating a collaboration with Pacific University Oregon that will see the program implemented in Tangaza University soon. In attendance at the meeting from Tangaza University was  the Vice Chancellor Designate Rev. Prof. Stephen Mbugua, Deputy Vice Chancellor Designate Academic Rev. Prof. Sahaya Selvam and Deputy Vice Chancellor Designate Administration and Finance Rev. Dr. Giussepe Caramazza.
