The Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management is an interdisciplinary programme that combines ethical and practical learning in Procurement and Supply Chain Management where students develop practical initiatives and applications in their own fields of interest.
The increased recognition of the importance of supply chain management in both public and private institutions as well development of procurement laws in the public sector clearly shows that the production of personnel with such skills is critical.
The course will therefore provide the very needed skills for improving business performance
Upon completion of the programme, graduates should be able to:

Minimum Admission Requirements
For admission to pursue the Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management one is required to have attained a C- and above in KCSE or a D+ and a relevant certificate.

The diploma has been designed in collaboration with the Association of Sisters Education Collaborative (ASEC) of the USA for their alumni who have completed the non-credit courses for the certificates in Administration and or Finance.
The program has been designed to meet the contemporary needs of religious personnel, church employees, women and men of good will who want to develop sound principles of leadership and management based on both human and spiritual values.

The objectives of the diploma are concerned with three areas:

The formation of the person as a leader of integrity with the ability to transcend prejudice, fear and cultural assumptions so that justice and compassion prevail in the work place.
Holders of KACE qualification with a minimum of two subsidiary passes and a minimum of a credit pass in Mathematics and English at KACE.
Certificate holders from post-secondary institution or colleges.
Diploma holders who wish to access the DePaul BA program me through this pathway.
Adults who have been employed or are currently working in faith-based/professional organization or business.
The following are ordinarily required for admission:
Anyone who has successfully completed his/her secondary education with a C plain.
Completion of Secondary education in one’s country of origin at a minimum standard to be admitted to the university.
Completed and signed application form for both Tangaza College and the Diploma and documentation demonstrating successful completion of secondary education.
Active involvement in employment, church ministries or voluntary organizations.
The programme seeks to enhance the competencies of child and youth workers enabling them to deal effectively the issues of welfare, development, entrepreneurship and advocacy. It seeks to offer a practical component in working with children and youth.
Objectives of the Programme
Analyse critically the contemporary issues that are vital to the welfare and development of children and youth;
Acquire skills and capacities to empower children and youth;
Apply entrepreneurial competencies and skills in youth managed enterprises as a way of facilitating employment;
Develop child and youth rights and welfare programmes;
Develop tools and create advocacy networks for policy recommendations that are child and youth friendly.
For admission to the Diploma Programmes, candidates must have completed secondary education in their country of origin with a minimum grade KCSE C (plain) or its equivalent.
The Diploma in Religious Formation/Spiritual Guidance is designed especially for those who are training to be formators in their religious congregations or to work in adult faith formation in the ministry of spiritual direction ,retreat guidance and many more.
